Reading his blog made me realise why I like this man so much.
Eloquent, articulate, honest and funny ... what a refreshing change.
I'm feeling odd today (don't say so what's new!). It feels like I'm losing SG1 all over again (movies notwithstanding) with the last show screened in the US tonight.
Egads, I thought it was bad back in spring when it showed over here. I think I feel worse today.

I think perhaps his blog entry made it more real, if that makes any sense? The final episode didn't really feel like a final episode, probably because it was left open ended - for which I'm very grateful.

Thought I haven't watched it yet (which is very bad of me, considering I've had it since March *g*) I've heard enough about it to say...

... and at least it wasn't a "Between the Lines" ending, or a "Farscape" (pre-Peacekeeper War) ending. Or even an X-Files ending! That one sucked majorly. I always wanted for XF what we at least got with SG-1... for Mulder and Scully to just walk out of Mulder's office, turn off the lights with a 'see you tomorrow, Scully' type thing. But nooooo, Chris Carter tried to be clever. Stupid twat.

Anywho, I must catch up ... still catching up on my Who eps. (So digging Dr Who these days!)

Ah, Dr Who. I'm enjoying it and what I'm loving most of all is that I'm not fangrrling over it. I enjoy it, it entertains me, and that's it. No fannishness. Ditto Heroes. It's a very relaxing way to watch TV. :-D
