"Quick/cheap way of grinding beans is a blade grinder. I got a nice one from Starbucks for just over £12. It only takes 15 seconds to throw a couple of dessertspoons of beans into the grinder, slap on the lid and hold down the button for 8-10 seconds. That generally produces something fine enough for cafetiere or filter."
Blimey. For that price I'd make the extra effort. I'll check out Starbucks at Borders, see if they carry it. Ta! :-)
